The 7th European R&D Framework Programme 2007-2013 (7PM) is the principle instrument for financing Community research and giving support to collective European R&D programmes competitively selected in open invitations for research proposals, with the fundamental criteria of scientific excellence, and in which there are no pre-established country quotas. The Support Service for business participation in the 7th R&D Framework Programme covers the whole development process of a European R&D project from its gestation, including presentation of the proposal and contract negotiation, project management and exploitation of the results.
